Our products are covered by two-year legal guarantee!


The two-year period starts from the day you received the product. You should therefore always keep your sales receipts and any delivery statements.

You should contact us and explain your problem.

Any modifications done by the customer, like cutting, bending dials or removing any cables or components from items such plasma dials and LED boards, voids manufacture and trader warranties. Items that have been short circuited or "fried" by the customer by operating on incorrect voltage or current polarity will not be covered under warranty, and will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. The same applies for intentionally damaged items, or items that have been damaged because of lack of skills.

Defective items will be repaired or replaced.
