If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This is how we handle returns and refunds:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery of your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Start here: https://xtuners.com/return-add . Provide as much details as you can about the reasons for your return.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If items are returned in visibly used or damaged condition we reserve the right to refuse the return and refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.
Special order items ( custom made ) are non-returnable and non-refundable. Custom made is every item, produced to individual specifications. Items like this can not be offered to other customers and this is the reason why we can not take them back. This does not mean, that we are not going to replace them if they are defective, damaged on arrival or have any quality issues.
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If the items can be repaired, we will repair them, if not we will replace them. If we can not replace the items we will issue a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. We recommend items to be shipped back to us with a tracking number. If you return a product that was purchased with one of our Free Shipping offers, the amount refunded will be minus the actual shipping cost that we waived during the promotional sale.
