Returns | Exchanges | Refunds
If You have a problem with your dials or any other product from our shop, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the problem as fast as we can.
1. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges if:
1.1 You have ordered the wrong item, that does not correspond to your vehicle’s specifications . In this case, You can not apply for a return, refund or exchange!
1.2 You have damaged the item during the installation ( because the lack of technical skills ). In this case, You can not apply for a return, refund or exchange!
2. We DO accept returns or exchanges if:
2.1 We have delivered the wrong parts for your vehicle and this is only our fault. In this case we will ask you to send the purchased items back to us. Only if we are not able to exchange the items, You will get a full refund.
2.2 If an electrical part stops working during the warranty period. This is valid for our LED kits, Plasma dials and power inverters only. In this case we will exchange the faulty component. NOTE: we will exchange ONLY the faulty component and NOT the complete product. Only if an exchange is not possible, You will get full or partly refund.
2.3 In case of manufacturing defects ( Valid for our dials only ) . You can only apply for an exchange. Only if an exchange is not possible, You will get a full or partly refund.
