When a product is marked as “Out of Stock”, it means that it is currently not available for purchase. However, this status doesn’t always mean the product is gone for good.
Many items in our catalogue are produced in limited batches, and most of them will eventually be restocked based on demand. Some models, however, may be discontinued if there is little or no interest in them.
If you’re interested in a specific out-of-stock dial, we encourage you to contact us. We’ll gladly discuss the possibility of re-production and provide you with an estimated lead time.
Let us know — your interest could bring that product back to life!
What does “In stock” status mean?
The item is available and ready to ship. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days. Orders that include electroluminescent foils may require up to two additional days for processing.
What does “Pre‑order” status mean?
The item is not currently in stock but can still be ordered. After payment is received, the item is added to our production queue and shipped once completed. Production time varies depending on workload and can range from one week to up to two months.

Our dials are produced using a traditional screen‑printing process. In most cases, this is done manually.
Screen printing is an old‑school manufacturing technique that delivers exceptional quality when performed by skilled and experienced professionals.
We are not only well trained — we are also perfectionists, and quality is our highest priority. This is exactly why we continue to use this expensive, time‑consuming and demanding process for dial production.
Modern alternatives such as digital printing are still far from achieving true OEM‑level quality. For this reason, vehicle manufacturers that have not fully digitalized their dashboards continue to rely on screen printing for critical components like gauge cluster dials — as it remains the only viable technology for this application.
We are proud to be among the very few manufacturers still using screen printing today and to offer unmatched OEM+ quality that meets the highest standards.
We absolutely can — that’s exactly what we’ve been doing for the past 20 years.
However, the market landscape has changed significantly over the last 3–4 years. Due to rising production costs and the time required to develop a product entirely from scratch, it has become increasingly difficult to accommodate every custom request.
At present, this service is available only for high-budget builds. Pricing is negotiable, but you should expect at least double the standard rate (before tax, if applicable to your region).
Regular dials are high-quality screen-printed faces that rely on your vehicle’s original backlight (LED or bulb) to be visible at night. Their look depends on the type and strength of the existing illumination system.
Plasma dials are essentially the same dials — but with a built-in electroluminescent (EL) foil attached to the back. This special foil provides even and vivid illumination across the entire surface, regardless of the car’s original lighting. A small inverter powers the system, usually connected to the headlight circuit.
Summary: Plasma dials offer the same design but with integrated lighting for a brighter, more uniform and high-end OEM+ appearance.
Plasma dials are the ideal solution for upgrading gauge clusters in older vehicles where installing modern LED lighting is not feasible. This is often the case when there’s insufficient internal space, or when the cluster’s design includes multiple internal components that block the installation or proper functioning of LED lighting — whether it’s Xtuners model-specific LED boards or generic LED strips.
In such scenarios, plasma dials — equipped with built-in electroluminescent foils — provide a clean and evenly lit OEM+ look, making them the only viable option for illumination upgrades.
However, if your cluster already has LED lighting or allows the installation of a high-quality LED upgrade, plasma dials are not necessary, as their main advantage is tied to backlight replacement in non-upgradable clusters.
The kit includes custom-designed LED circuit boards with soldered micro SMD LEDs, along with a dimmer to control brightness. Gauge needles are not included in this kit.
We provide two sizes of LED boards to fit under the needle base:
Small needles → board diameter: 0.8 cm
Large needles → board diameter: 1.2 cm
The kit is designed to work only with glow-type (lexan) gauge needles that allow light to pass from the base to the tip. Needles made of metal or opaque plastic will not work.
Important note about color compatibility:
White gauge needles can be illuminated in any color.
Red needles can only be illuminated effectively with red or amber LEDs.
Blue needles will only work properly with blue LEDs.
Our color-changing LED kit works using two types of LEDs mounted on the same board. As the gauge needle moves, it catches light from different LEDs, creating a dynamic color shift effect.
However, this effect only works with white, lexan-type gauge needles, which channel light from their base to the tip through a single internal reflector. If your gauge needles have multiple reflectors (e.g. front and rear), the colors will blend together, and the effect will be lost. For best results, ensure your needles meet these requirements before ordering.
Let’s put it this way:
“I’m not rich enough to buy cheap products.”
This quote perfectly reflects our mindset.
We don’t aim to compete with mass‑produced dials from China or digitally printed knockoffs — because we play in a completely different league.
Our dials are crafted using time-consuming, high-precision processes like screen printing, and made from premium polycarbonate materials. We’ve also invested thousands of euros in sourcing some of the rarest and most unique dial models in the world — simply because quality matters more to us than quantity.
We cater to enthusiasts who value craftsmanship, durability, and long-term satisfaction over short-lived savings. Our products come with dedicated after-sale support, and we stand behind every item we make.
